Astrology and numerology
The charts are calculated exactly, and the readings come from classical texts, cited by book and verse. They are traditions, not validated science. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and the site never predicts death, illness or accidents. Do not make health, money or marriage decisions on these readings alone.
Book a pandit: what the site does
- The site lists independent pandits and passes booking requests to them. Pandits are not employed by the site.
- Prices are set by each pandit and shown before you book. You pay the pandit directly. The site takes no payment, fee or commission from families or pandits.
- A booking is a request until the pandit accepts it. The pandit sees your area and note first; your full address and both phone numbers are shared only after acceptance.
- Cancellation: either side may cancel through the site until the pooja day, at no charge from the site. Any advance you pay a pandit directly is between you and the pandit; tell us through the grievance page if it is not returned after a cancellation.
- Order of search results: pandits who serve your area, nearest first, then by rating. There are no paid or sponsored placements.
- Verified means the site's team checked the pandit's identity and references by phone or in person. It is not a guarantee of any pooja.
- Reviews can be written only by the family, only after the pandit marks the pooja done, once per booking. Reviews that are abusive or false may be hidden.
Pandits who join
- By submitting a profile you confirm that its details (name, education, experience, area, poojas and prices) are true, and you agree to keep them up to date.
- You agree to honour accepted bookings at the listed price, and to cancel through the site if you cannot.
- The site may decline, suspend or remove a profile after complaints or false details; open bookings are then cancelled.
Everyone
- Do not misuse the site: no false bookings, no harassment, no attempts to break or overload it.
- The site is provided as it is. We work to keep calculations correct and the service running, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
- The app's code is free software under the GNU AGPL v3; its written content is under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. See source code.
Complaints
Use the complaint form. You get a ticket number at once; we acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month. You can also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
