Private workspace privacy
Public account registration collects your name, mobile number and email address. Where email verification is available, a one-time code goes to the address you entered. Otherwise an administrator can see the contact details while reviewing your request and supplies an activation code privately. Accounts approved this way sign in with a user ID. The mobile number is contact information.
Birth details are processed on the server to calculate your chart. When you save a chart, its inputs and label are encrypted in your account library. You can delete a saved chart from the library. A downloaded PDF stays on the device where you save it.
Where the optional AI-assisted edition is available, choosing it sends calculated chart evidence to Anthropic to write and check the prose. The request omits your name, contact details and raw birth inputs. Anthropic handles the evidence under its API data policy. The calculated report is available without using this option.
Passwords are hashed. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Account administrators can manage access and read security events. The account console provides account IDs and roles. Saved chart content is available through its owner's session.
Security events record actions, timestamps and account IDs. They omit passwords, verification codes and chart content. Server access logs may contain network addresses. Encrypted copies can remain in backup storage under the operator's retention policy.
For questions or an account deletion request, see the operator contact details.
